The Human Freedom Index presents the state of human freedom in the world based on a broad measure that encompasses personal, civil, and economic freedom. Human freedom is a social concept that recognizes the dignity of individuals and is defined here as negative liberty or the absence of coercive constraint. The report shows the results of the analysis of 79 indexes in such spheres as the supremacy of law, security, movement, religion, civilian community, seize of the government, information, property law, freedom of trade at the international level, regulation of law, labor and business.
The index of the personal freedom in Ukraine made 6, 53 from 10, economic freedom is 5, 38 in the result of the research. The first index placed Ukraine to the 99
th place and the second to the 149
th. The average numbers represented in 5, 95 and 132
nd place out of 159.
The lowest indexes in Ukraine in such spheres as 'Inflation: Most Recent Year' (0,3) and 'Freedom to Own Foreign Currency' (0).

The situation of the human freedom in Ukraine was higher in 2011-2013. Later the indexes of the country sharply decreased.
Switzerland, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Ireland, Australia, Finland, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands and the UK make the TOP-10 countries.
