MH17 crash: Netherlands to press charges against four militants

The Prosecutor’s Office of the Netherlands will press charges on MH17 crash in Donbas in June, 2014 against Igor Girkin (Strelkov), Sergiy Dubynsky, Oleg Pulatov and Leonid Kharchenko, as RTL, Dutch television and radio company referred to its own sources.
According to its information, the process will start on March 9, 2020.

Earlier, it was reported, that the European Court of Human Rights passed Russia information about the appeal of 380 relatives of the died in Malaysian Boeing crash.

Boeing 777 of Malaysian Airlines was shot down by the anti-aircraft missile in the sky over Donetsk region on July 17, 2014. The aircraft was on its way from Amsterdam to Kuala-Lumpur. 298 people were aboard; no one survived the crash. The Joint Investigation Team found out that the plane was shot from the Buk missile launcher; it belonged to the 53rd Missile Brigade based in Kursk region, Russia.
