Ukraine condemns detention of Ukrainian Archbishop in annexed Crimea

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine condemned the detention of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church Archbishop in the annexed Crimea. This was reported by the Ministry’s Speaker Kateryna Zelenko on her Twitter page.
"We are concerned about reports of the arrest of Klyment, the archbishop of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, in the Russian-occupied Crimea. Russian occupants are continuing their systematic attack on Ukrainian Orthodoxy in Crimea. True oppressions of religious freedoms and the rights of believers take place in the territories occupied by Russia. Let us draw attention to the detention of Klement in the UN and the OSCE, " she wrote.
