Georgian journalists not allowed to enter Ukraine

The Ukrainian border guards denied the journalists from a few Georgian TV channels to enter Ukraine as First Channel of Georgia reported.
According to the TV channel, the Embassy of Georgia to Ukraine claimed that three workers of the channel, Salomeia Kokiashvilii, the journalist, Zaza Shukvani, the cameraman and Levan Hulbani, the engineer were not allowed to cross the border.

The Georgian Embassy added that the Ukrainian side explained this incident due to the security measures but there were no official statements from the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
According to Georgia Online, two more correspondents of other Georgian TV channels, Tamara Hutsubidze from Rustavi-2 and Vakho Sanaia from Pirveli, were banned from entry. They that they failed to report on the aim of the visit to Kyiv and were not allowed to enter Ukraine.

As we reported Saakashvili was detained in the suspicion of the support of the criminal group in the organization of the criminal activity. According to the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine, Saakashvili financed the protests to take power for the funds of the allies of Viktor Yanukovych, the former president of Ukraine.
Saakashvili succeeded to release from the car of the law enforcers after a few failed attempts to pass him to the SBU. He made for the Ukrainian parliament right after the release.
