North Korea launched another ballistic missile

Another launch of ballistic missile was detected in the North Korea; the launch occurred 'eastward from the vicinity of Pyongsong, South Pyongan Province,' according to Yonhap, the South Korean news agency.
Having analyzed the flight trajectory, the U.S. military reported that it was an ICBM, the inter-continental ballistic missile, which fell in the Sea of Japan, having covered the distance of about 1,000 kilometers. Secretary of Defense James Mattis added that the missile went higher than all previous missiles fired by the North Korea.

Japan, the U.S. and the EU heavily condemned the missile launch. The Japanese government said it was going to convene the urgent session of the UN Security Council. The U.S. Department of the State urged all countries to continue with economic sanctions against Pyongyang.
The previous ballistic missile test took place in September; the North Korean missile covered the distance of 2,700 kilometers, reaching the altitude of 550 kilometers.
