US singer Chris Brown could face jail for not having a permit to own his pet capuchin monkey. California's wildlife department seized the primate - named Fiji - from the star's Los Angeles home after a video he posted on Instagram of his three-year-old daughter cuddling it drew half-a-dozen calls from concerned followers.
