FIBRA Prologis Acquires 873,225 Square Feet of Strategic Logistics Properties

MEXICO CITY, Jan. 10, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- FIBRA Prologis (BMV: FIBRAPL14), a leading owner and operator of Class-A industrial real estate in Mexico, has acquired three buildings from both its sponsor, Prologis, Inc., and other third parties. The acquisitions took place in the latter part of the fourth quarter of 2021 and in early 2022.The buildings, which represent a total investment of US$71.5 million, including closing costs, comprise 873,225 square feet of industrial space and Last TouchA® facilities in Mexico City, Reynosa and Tijuana.
