20,000-Employee Behavioral Healthcare Provider Uses UltiPro to Support Acquisition Strategy

Ultimate Software (Nasdaq: ULTI), a leading provider of human capital
management (HCM) solutions in the cloud, announced today that Acadia
Healthcare, a leader in behavioral health and addiction disorders, is
using UltiPro to support the companya??s acquisition-based growth while
controlling costs.

Acadia Healthcare operates a network of almost 300 behavioral health
facilities in 39 states and Puerto Rico. An Ultimate customer since
2011, Acadia leveraged UltiPro to bring the consistency of a single HCM
solution to a healthcare system that includes inpatient psychiatric
hospitals, specialty treatment facilities, residential treatment
centers, and outpatient clinics. The company has achieved strong growth
and diversification through a series of transformational acquisitions,
and has a proven strategy to identify, acquire, integrate, and improve
facility operations.
