The pro-Russian militants have shelled Zolote city in Luhansk region and it resulted in the damage of the main waterpipe in diameter 1200 mm, which led to the leakage of water in the volume of more than 2.000 cubic meters per hour as Yury Klymenko, the Deputy Chairman of Luhansk Military Civilian Administration reported on
Facebook
Zolote city is left without water supply, while Katerynivka village is left without power supply. Besides, the supply of water to occupied territories was stopped. The maintenance crews came to the site; all necessary measures for the normalization of the situation are assumed.
“Despite the bringing in full operational readiness, our troops tend not to respond to the provocations and not to give a chance to the enemy to start full-scale belligerent activities,” Klymenko wrote.

On Monday, December 10, Russian occupation forces violated the ceasefire regime
in the Joint Forces Operation zone seven times. It is noted that the militants continue using weapons prohibited by the Minsk Agreements. In particular, the enemy opened fire from 120mm mortars at the positions of the Joint Forces near Novooleksandrivka in the direction of Popasna District.
