The law enforcers investigate three versions of the chemical emission in annexed Crimea
. Yevhen Komarovsky, the Head of Prosecutors Office in Crimea claimed this as Ukrainian News reported.
Now the law enforcement bodies work out the next versions of the crime: emission to air of the hazardous substances took place due to the incorrect exploitation of the plants in thenorth of annexed Crimea. The next version lies in the fact that the emissions to air connected with the damage of the reservoirs with waste at the plants due to the holding of the military drills by Russia, Komarovsky noted.

According to him, the third version is that Russia committed the emissions to air on purpose to create large-scale information campaign against Ukraine: destabilization of the situation in the south of Kherson region, spread of panic among the population with the further organization of the mass rallies of the disgruntled citizens.
As we reported,an unknown substance was discharged in the air inArmyansk, North Crimea. A greasy mud with a yellow shade appeared on metallic objects, roofs, and leaves on the trees.

Later, SergeyAksyonov, head of the annexed Crimea claimed that the situation with the discharge of theunknown substance in the air goes beyond the norms.
Moreover,toxic chemicals were detected in the air in the Kherson region, southern Ukraine.
RefatChubarov,Chairman of the Crimean Tatars Mejlis claimed that the evacuation of the childrendue to the emission of the unknown substance has begun inArmyansk.
Earlier it was reported thatthe hit of the shells at the technological tanks during the training of the detachmentsof the Armed Forces of Russia became the reason for the chemical emission at the plant Crimean Tytan.

On September 6, it was reported that the plant on the production of the titanium dioxide, the subsidiary of Titanium investments in CrimeanArmyanskwill completely stop to work on Sunday, September 9.
Reportedly,61 Ukrainian border guards were affected by the emission of chemicals. Five of them have been hospitalized.Theyare in Odessa Clinical Hospital of State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGS).
Later Head of Kherson Regional Administration Andry Hordeev claimed that the situation with the chemical emission has normalized.
