Government to allocate $2 billion for road constructions in 2019

Ukraine’s Government intends to allocate $2 billion for road construction in 2019, as Volodymyr Groysman, the Prime Minister, said at the session of the Cabinet of Ministers, broadcasted by 112 Ukraine.
“This year we allocated unprecedented $1,6 billion. Next year, we will allocate $2 billion for the road construction. If this year we spent $393 million for the local roads, next year we will allocate $607 million for the local roads,” he said.

Earlier, Groysman said that the plan on road repairs in Ukraine is implemented by 50%. 
Earlier, Volodymyr Omelyan, the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine claimed that the implementation of the transport strategy until 2030 will cost $60 billion for Ukraine. 
As we reported the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the project on the organization of passenger traffic between the city of Kyiv and the Boryspil international airport. The construction is expected to take 13 months, and its cost is estimated at $29.1 million.

Also, Ukraine's Prime Minister reported that the construction of the high-speed railway between Boryspil Airport and Kyiv will be finished until December 1.
Earlier we reported that the railway platforms are constructed near the left wing of the landing hall of Boryspil International Airport's Terminal D. It was specified that the two platforms will service the transfers between the Ukrainian capital and the airport itself.
