A citizen of Stanytsia Luhanska, Luhansk region, was blown up by unidentified explosive device, preliminary, landmine as the press service of the National Police of Ukraine reported.
According to the law enforcers, on September 10, local police of Stanytsya Luhanska got the message on a missing person. A local citizen claimed that her 55-year-old husband went for a walk in the morning and did not come back.
"In a few hours, the police officers found a body of a man in the bushes not far from the railway station. Taking into account a dangerous part of the area situated in a few hundreds of meters from the militants' positions where the mines and unexploded munitions can be situated, the bomb experts from the police were called," the message said.

After the check of the adjacent area, it became possible to evacuate a body of the perished man. Preliminary, the traumas from the mines or explosives caused the death.
The fact was put on the United Register of Pretrial Investigations qualified as "Terrorist act".
Earlier OSCE reported that 31 civilians perished and another 137 were wounded because of the combat action and ammunitions detonation since the beginning of 2018.

Earlier UN reported that at least 2, 523 civilians died since the beginning of the armed Donbas Conflict (April 14, 2014 – November 15, 2017). According to the information, there are 1399 men, 837 women, 91 boys, 47 girls and 149 unidentified people among the perished. Also, 298 civilians that died in the result of the MH17 plane crash were included in this list.
