Ukraine’s Chief Military Prosecutor’s Office suggests creating a special subdivision to detain Viktor Yanukovych, ex-President of Ukraine, in Russia, as Ruslan Kravchenko, the Prosecutor, who represents prosecution in state treason case, told in the interview for Hromadske.
“I think that the law enforcement agencies should do everything to make this decision (court hearings on Yanukovych’ case, - ed.) implemented,” the Prosecutor said.
Answering the clarifying question, Kravchenko explained the scheme of implementation of the decision: “Probably, to create a unit like Mossad, for instance. So that the special forces would enter the territory of Russia and bring him to Ukraine”.

As it is known, Mossad is a political intelligence of Israel. Its main tasks are gathering of information and analysis of surveillance information along with conduction of special operations outside of Israel.
As it was reported earlier, the Chief Military Prosecutor’s Office asks the court to sentence ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych to 15 years of imprisonment in the case on state treason, as Prosecutor Maksym Krym said during the debates in the court on Thursday, August 16.
Reportedly, fee-based lawyers of Viktor Yanukovych started a skirmish with police in the building of Obolon District Court of Kyiv, where the next court hearing in the case of treason against former Ukrainian President takes place today.

The reason for the conflict is the denial of access to the Aver Lex lawyers to the court hearing. The latest has also made a stand against Yuriy Ryabovol, Yanukovych’s state attorney, and his participation in the court hearing. The security officers refused to let Vitaly Serdyuk and his colleagues into the courtroom, the mix-up with security officers and policemen began after that.
