Russia accuses Ukraine’s ex-Defense Minister of calls to terrorism

The Russian Investigative Committee press charges against the former Defense Minister of Ukraine Anatoliy Hrytsenko. Russian investigators accused him of calling to commit terrorist attacks on the territory of the Russian Federation, as the press service of the committee reported.
"The main department of Russian Investigation Committee found out about another criminal act of the former Defense Minister of Ukraine Anatoliy Hrytsenko in the investigation of the public calls to carry out terrorist acts in Moscow and Taganrog he made. These statements were made by him on 112 Ukraine TV channel on July 2, 2017 (Part 2, Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ), "the ministry said.
The Investigation Committee added they had carried out several portrait and linguistic examinations that prove Hrytsenko’s complicity in the similar “crime” on July 16 2014 when on air of a Ukrainian channel he called to conduct terrorist attacks in Russia by blowing up the railways.
The Investigation Committee opened a criminal case and pressed charges against Hrytsenko having combined the two cases.

As it was reported earlier, Russia’s Investigation Committee investigates more than 150 criminal cases against Ukraine and military men of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, connected to the armed conflict in Donbas.
Also, the Basman district court of Moscow arrested Ukrainian prosecutor Ruslan Kravchenko, and Special Prosecution investigator Vadym Prymachok in absentia for “knowingly bringing an innocent person to criminal liability with the accusation of a person of committing a grave or especially grave crime”.
