General Prosecutor’s Office closed the case on possible falsification of the diploma of Ukraine’s PM Volodymyr Groysman again, as the answer of the General Prosecutor’s Office requested by Ukrainian News says.
“According to the pre-trial investigation as of June 26, 2018 the investigator made a decision to close the criminal proceeding under the article of the Criminal Procedural Code on the absence of the event of a crime,” the answers says.

It is noted that the Main Investigation Department of the General Prosecutor’s Office conducted a pre-trial investigation on the falsification of the PM’s diploma.
At the same time, the General Prosecutor’s Office refused to report whether Groysman and other individuals involved were questioned referring to the secrecy of the pre-trial investigation.
Earlier, in October 2017 the General Prosecutor’s Office started investigating the possible falsification of Groysman’s diploma of higher education.

In November of 2017 the General Prosecutor’s Office closed the case, but in January this year the court canceled the investigator's warrant and entrusted the Prosecutor’s Office to restore the investigation.
