President Petro Poroshenko canceled the ban to enter Ukraine for Tatyana Moskalkova, the Russian parliamentary envoy for human rights. Her Ukrainian counterpart Lyudmyla Denisova said this during her interview at Hromadske Radio.
This was made so that the Russian official could visit the Russians, who currently serve time in Ukraine. The visits should be taking place simultaneously with those of Ukrainian ombudswoman who comes to Russia to see Ukrainian political prisoners.
According to Denisova, this was part of the agreement that Ukrainian and Russian presidents reached during their phone conversation.
Moskalkova had the ban lifted; it was due to the fact that she violated the order of arrival in Crimea. Now that the ban is off, she can freely go to Ukraine', Denisova said.

She added that she personally asked President Poroshenko to lift the ban from Moskalkova.
Earlier, Moskalkova said Ukraine and Russia have developed the roadmap on visiting political prisoners.
On Thursday, Denisova said that Oleg Sentsov, the Ukrainian political prisoner who carries on with his hunger strike, began to experience issues with his heart and kidneys.

According to her, she spoke to Sentsov's lawyer, who managed to visit his client. 'Oleg is now at a medical unit; he's got problems with his kidneys and heart. He drinks 3.5 liters of water daily and gets another two liters via the drop counter', she said.
The crisis occurred on Day 26 of Sentsov's hunger strike. He was taken to the hospital outside the colony. They tried to feed him forcefully but he refused. Then, they brought him back to the colony's medical unit.

According to Sentsov's lawyer, the crisis could happen again anytime.
