He added that a wounded man transferred to Novoaidar regional hospital, where he is served emergency medical care.
“It is the fourth case of the wounding of the civilians in Luhansk region since the beginning of the year. We lost five civilians during this six months and buries three compatriots-soldiers,” he concluded.

As we reported 109 people were wounded, 29 died in the result of the combat actions
in Donbas since the beginning of 2018. 
Earlier UN reported that at least 2, 523 civilians died since the beginning of the armed Donbas Conflict (April 14, 2014 – November 15, 2017). According to the information, there are 1399 men, 837 women, 91 boys, 47 girls and 149 unidentified people among the perished. Also, 298 civilians that died in the result of the MH17 plane crash were included in this list.

Also, the UN reported on 161 victims of armed conflict among the civilian population: 26 people were killed and 135 people were wounded (a little more than a half of all cases are related to shelling).
