The militants have received the permission to shoot positions of the Ukrainian Joint Forces Operation from small arms without the consent of units’ commanders. The spokesman of Ukraine’s Defense Ministry press center, Colonel Maksym Prauta said this to at the briefing.
"According to intelligence of Ukraine, the commandment of Russian-occupants lifted restrictions on the use of small arms by the personnel of leading units. In particular, Russian militants stationed at combat posts got the permission to shell the Joint Forces positions without the consent of the commanders of the units," he said.
The spokesman of the ministry stressed that this way, the enemy created additional conditions for provoking the fire in response to escalate the situation along the delimitation line.
"At the same time, the occupants increased the number of professional cameramen groups that record the so-called violation of cease-fire regime by Ukraine in order to prepare propaganda materials and spread them in the media controlled by Russia and occupation authorities," he concluded.

As it was reported earlier, Ukraine lost 100 billion dollars because of Russian aggression in Crimea and Donbas. This is stated in the study of the Atlantic Council analytical center, which was presented at the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center.
Thus, the study says that after the annexation of Crimea, Ukraine lost 1.4 million hectares of land, which are estimated at more than 1.8 billion dollars. In addition, banks lost their assets, which remained in the bank branches (from 1.7 to 1.9 billion dollars). Together with this, Russia confiscated "Krymenergo", that is, Ukraine lost $ 1 billion.

In Donbas, most of the infrastructure has been destroyed because of the fighting. In the study, experts estimated losses of 9.5 billion dollars. And after the decrease in the share of trade with Russia, Ukraine lost another $ 14 billion.
