Since the beginning of the year, Russian militants violated the ceasefire in eastern Ukraine more than 100,000 times. OSCE Special Monitoring Mission
Head Ertugrul Apakan said this at the UN Security Council session.
'Since January this year, OSCE SMM has reported over 100,000 ceasefire violations, after a brief pause in the combat activity; then, the action resumed. Since the year began, the Mission confirmed 107 civilian deaths; most of these people walked on landmines or other sorts of explosive devices. Most of the cases were observed in April and May', Apakan said.
On May 29, the OSCE SMM in Donbas reported an attack on their observers in Donetsk region.
According to the Facebook post on the official page of the OSCE, two incidents occurred on Tuesday.

'The adversary rudely violated the international agreements, opening fire on the observers of SMM of the OSCE in Ukraine. When OSCE representatives launched a drone near Nelipovka, not far from Toretsk (Donetsk region), a mine exploded not far from OSCE transport - about 250 meters away,' the message said.
No casualties were reported. According to the OSCE, the fire was opened from the residential quarters in Horlivka, Donetsk region.
The Ukrainian side insisted it never fired on the inhabited localities.
