Not front but home front is rotting in Ukraine, - Chief Military Prosecutor

Chief Military Prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoly Matios has noted at the briefing dedicated to the military justice and the perspectives of its reforming in Ukraine that it is extremely important to create the  State Military Justice Bureau (SMJB) as 112 Ukraine broadcasted.
Matios claimed that the creation of the SMJB is the necessary and relevant reform. According to him, it should become the defense of the soldiers in the terms of war.

According to Chief Military Prosecutor, there are about 400, 000 armed people in Ukraine who must die for the motherland, however, they cannot defend their rights, unlike the civilians.
'Any army of the world discusses the direct orders of the commanders and any commander in chief can consult with every corporal on the strategy and tactic of the war. Taking into account the imbalance and controversial, unacceptable situations take place, I should conclude that not the front but home front is rotting in Ukraine', Matios noted.

'As much as it saddens me, but the state is unable to protect people both, at the streets and at homes. Who is defending the civilians[/img]
the zone of the Donbas Conflict.

Matios also stood for the urgent creation of the military courts' system that should operatively consider the proper criminal cases.
According to Matios, the soldiers should possess a right to be judged not by the civilian courts and the SMJB can become the analog of the military police.
The proper draft law was registered in the Verkhovna Rada on May 21, 2018. According to it, the bureau will expose and put the information about the crimes to the United Register on crimes and hold the pretrial investigation.
