The] should be regulated by the standalone document and should not be the part of the draft law on the de-occupation of Donbas. Iryna Lutsenko, the representative of the president in the Verkhovna Rada claimed this as 112 Ukraine reported.
According to Lutsenko, this initiative should be represented in the standalone document and the amendments to the draft law on the provision of the sovereignty of Ukraine over the temporarily occupied territories of Donbas are not enough.

‘The issue of the break of the diplomatic relations can be regulated by the standalone law, procedure but not by the single amendment to allow some patriotic forces to promote themselves’, she claimed.
Lutsenko added that it is extremely important to clearly define the work of the government bodies and functioning on the part of the border with Russia in this document.

‘It should be entirely different law and the lawmakers who submitted the strategy proposed by the president should offer the standalone law if they see such possibility. It should be a law, expressed procedure on the work of the bodies, opening or closure of the border and a lot of procedural issues. It is not the issue of the draft law on the de-occupation of Donbas’, she stated.
Earlier Russian newspaper ‘Kommersant’ reported that the point on the break of the diplomatic relations with Russia can be included to the draft law on the provision of the sovereignty of Ukraine over the temporarily occupied territories of Donbas. According to ‘Kommersant’, Ivan Vinnyk, the MP from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc submitted such amendment.

Later Vinnyk claimed that he did not make the amendment to the draft law on the peculiarities of the state policy on the provision of the sovereignty of Ukraine over the temporarily occupied territories of Donbas. However, he intends to offer to oblige the Ukrainian government to bring the Ukrainian legislation in compliance with the international law.

Andry Teteruk, the MP from ‘Narodny Front’ Party confirmed that the proper amendment was submitted by the MPs from the ‘Ukrop’ Party.
