Russia didnít approve placing armed OSCE police mission in Donbas - Russiaís Foreign MinistryThe Russian Federation didnít approve placing armed OSCE police mission in Donbas, Deputy Head of Russiaís Foreign Ministry, Grigoriy Karasin, said to ĎInterfax-Ukraineí.

ĎThere are special negotiation formats to discuss these issues. Ukraine peace talks in Minsk, for instance, or OSCEí, - Karasin said, adding, that Russia Ďdid not give consent to ití.
