NATO plans to increase spending due to Russian aggressionIn 2016, European states in NATO will increase military expenses for the first time in a decade due to Russian aggression and migration crisis, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg informed in an interview to ‘Financial Times’.

According to the Secretary General, the Alliance is facing indeterminacy and increasing number of threats.

Last year, defense expenses of NATO European allies amounted to USD 253 billion, whereas, the USA spent USD 618 billion.
