Joint Investigation Team (JIT) on the crash of MH17 Boeing in Donbas, summer 2014, will not ask Russia and Ukraine to extradite four suspects in the tragedy, as European Truth reported citing Head of the Police of the Netherlands Wilbert Paulissen.
According to Paulissen, the task of the investigators is to provide the evidence against the suspects and The Hague Court will decide their fact basing on the provided information.
“The suspects will have a possibility to tell their version of events in the court,” he said.

It is reported that the request will be filed to Russia to provide the information about the location of three suspects as well as the request for the questioning. The similar request will be filed to Ukraine toward the fourth suspect.
“We will not ask about the extradition of four suspects because the Russian and Ukrainian Constitutions forbid the extradition of the citizens," he said.
Earlier it was reported that the Prosecutor’s Office of the Netherlands would press charges on MH17 crash in Donbas in June, 2014 against Igor Girkin (Strelkov), Sergiy Dubynsky, Oleg Pulatov, and Leonid Kharchenko.

Moreover, the relatives of MH17 tragedy victims held a protest in the Russian Embassy in the Hague. The protesters urged Russian authorities to accept the responsibility for Boeing 777 crash.
Boeing 777 of Malaysian Airlines, flight number MH17 was destroyed while performing a regular flight from the Netherlands to Malaysia in July 2014. The tragedy took place in the sky over the militant-held section of Donetsk region. All 298 people aboard deceased; most of the victims, 196, were Dutch, but there were citizens of another nine countries as well.
