Deputy Head of Security Service of Ukraine Demchyna resigns

First Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Pavlo Demchyna filed the resignation. Advisor of Head of the Security Service

The information on Demchyna’s dismissal appeared today, May 17.
“Thank you Colonel-General Pavlo Demchyna for his dedication to the work and strengthening of one of the most effective units of the national intelligence service. Despite the mixed opinions concerning Pavlo Demchyna, I am confident that the time will come and history will appreciate his significant contribution to the protection of the Ukrainian state,” Yaroslav Antoniak wrote.

As we reported earlier, the Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council Oleksandr Turchynov
 officially resigned. 
Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin stated that he resigns from his post. Klimkin also explained that he told Zelensky about his decision earlier. According to him, the new President has a right for his own team and foreign policy strategy.
The current president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko accepted the resignation of Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Kostyantyn Yeliseev.
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko dismissed Deputy Chief of the State Guard of Ukraine and Head of the Security Service of the President of Ukraine Yuriy Fedorov.
