European Court of Human Rights appoints Ukraine against Russia hearing on September 11

The] on September 11. Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine and Commissioner for European Court of Human Rights Ivan Lishchyna posted this on Facebook.  
“Secretary of the Commissioner on European Court of Human Rights got the letter, which we had been waiting since February of the current year. The hearing on case 20958/14 (on Crimea) is appointed on September 11, 2019. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that this time it finally took place,” Lishchyna wrote.

As we reported earlier, the European Court of Human Rights postponed the public hearing of the case “Ukraine against Russia”, which was previously decided to be held on February, 27, for the indefinite period. 
The reasons for postponing as well as the next day of conducting the hearing by the Grand Chamber are still unknown.
The first hearing of the case “Ukraine against Russia” concerning Crimea was appointed on February, 27, the decision was taken on October 2018. The court was supposed to hear a case and to conclude whether the violations were or not.
