Another emission of chemicals takes place in annexed Crimea

The excess of the maximum permitted concentration of hydrogen chloride in the air was spotted in Krasnoperekopsk, annexed Crimea, as
Hromadske“According to the Crimean Department of Hydrometeorology and Environment Monitoring, the excess of the maximum permitted concentration by 4,4 times was spotted. The content of hydrogen chloride in Krasnoperekopsk also exceeded the maximum permitted concentration by 1,06 times,” the message said.

The excess of the maximum permitted concentration of hazardous substances in the air in Armyansk was also spotted. The content of hydrogen chloride exceeded the maximum permitted concentration by 1,04 times and hydrogen fluoride by 1,8 times.
As we reported, an unknown substance was discharged in the air in Armyansk, North Crimea
. A greasy mud with a yellow shade appeared on metallic objects, roofs, and leaves on the trees.   
Moreover, toxic chemicals were detected in the air in the Kherson region, southern Ukraine.    

On September 6, 2018, it was reported that the plant on the production of the titanium dioxide, the subsidiary of “Titanium investments” in Crimean Armyansk will completely stop to work on Sunday, September 9.    
Reportedly, 61 Ukrainian border guards were affected by the emission of chemicals. Five of them were hospitalized.
