The Head of Kherson Regional Council Vladyslav Manger, the suspect in the organization of the murder of Kateryna Handziuk, handed over his passport, but remains without an electronic bracelet because of their absence in Kherson. This was reported by Ukrainian News agency with reference to one of Menger's lawyers Dmytro Ilchenko.
"Among the restrictions, there is an electronic bracelet, but now Manger does not have it on, since there are no available bracelets in Kherson," Ilchenko said.
It is noted that as soon as the bracelet is found, it will be put on Manger. The lawyer also said that his client had already handed over his international passport.
