The representative of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in the Tripartite Contact Group on Donbas conflict settlement Martin Sajdik said that they did not come out with a proposal to send a joint OSCE and UN mission to Donbas, according to his comments to Deutsche Welle.
According to him, the OSCE did not voice in Minsk proposals for sending a joint OSCE and UN mission to Donbas.
Thus, Sajdik refutes the statement of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin, according to which at a meeting of the tripartite contact group in Minsk, OSCE representatives proposed to create a joint peacekeeping mission with the UN in Donbas.
At the same time, the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine reported that "they welcome any additional measures that would help reduce the existing threats."

Earlier Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin intended to discuss Russian aggression in Kerch Strait, Donbas issue and release of the Ukrainian prisoners during the World Economic Forum in Davos.
“My priorities will be Azov and Kerch Strait, Donbas and release of our political prisoners and hostages. I want to show those, who will be present there that today Russia violates everything that was possible and will only raise the stakes,” Klimkin said.
He also added that the closed sessions with frank discussions will take place, despite a few open meetings during the forum in Davos.
