About Donbas and Armed Forces of Ukraine
This week’s developments in Donbas include the new law on the procedure of clearing mines in the combat area; another batch of humanitarian supplies from the Red Cross, which reached the occupied territories on Friday; and the deployment of Russian combat vehicles in the militant-controlled areas – according to the OSCE aerial intelligence.
Apart from that, Ukrainians celebrated two quite special days this week. One of them is the Ukrainian Army day (December 6), the other one is the Volunteer Day. Together, these two major bodies create a powerful alloy that effectively fights the pro-Kremlin militants and the regular Russian troops in Donbas, maintaining peace in the rest of Ukraine.

About Sea of Azov
On December 3, a U.S. Air Force drone performed a number of reconnaissance flights over the occupied Crimea, Kerch Strait and Kuban (southern Russia). Later it was reported that the U.S. is preparing to send a military vessel to the Black Sea. Besides, the U.S. Air Force has performed an out-of-schedule flight over the territory of Ukraine.
Considering the Ukrainian sailors, the Ukrainian side demanded at Minsk Talks to immediately release 24 Ukrainian sailors without any pre-requirements and exchanges as they are the prisoners of war. Meanwhile, the Russian prosecutors officially accused them with the 'illegal crossing of the state border' during the Kerch Strait incident. Igor Voronchenko, Ukraine’s Naval Commander, offered himself in exchange for 24 Ukrainian sailors.
At the same time, the Russian Federation continues to obstruct the navigation of ships through Kerch Strait to the Ukrainian ports despite the international law.
