The Russian Embassy in Kyiv was bombarded by smoke bombs, and is now surrounded by the clouds of smoke. The correspondent of 112 Ukraine reported this from the scene.
After that, people picketing the embassy of the aggressor state tried to set the tires on fire. The tires were brought and piled at the building. The security forces prevented setting the tires on fire and called on the activists not to disturb public order. People did not oppose the law enforcers.
Despite the late night, several hundred people keep watch at the Russian Embassy in Kyiv. They are outraged by Russia’s armed attack on the ships of the Ukrainian Navy in Kerch Strait. Members of the far-right organization C14, veterans of the Donbas conflict came to the rally. The fence near the embassy was decorated with dozens of paper ships.
The protesters blocked the movement on the part of Povitroflotsky Avenue. According to them, they did it to prevent cars from parking.
At the moment, the situation under the Embassy of the Russian Federation is calm. People do not take any aggressive or provocative actions against the Russian diplomatic mission. The activists do not have a plan, so they gradually start returning.

Given the tough situation in the area of Kerch Strait in the Sea of Azov, President Petro Poroshenko supported the offer of Ukraine's national security and defense council; it stipulates that the Ukrainian Parliament should consider the option to impose the martial law in Ukraine.
