The prosecutor's office of Kyiv announced suspicion to all four offenders involved in the beating of MP Mustafa Nayem. This was reported by the press secretary of the Kyiv prosecutor's office, Nadiya Maksymets, in a commentary to the TV channel 112 Ukraine.
 
The office announced suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 296 (hooliganism committed by a group of persons) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
 
"At the moment, they have been informed of suspicion under part 2 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code, their actions were qualified as hooliganism committed by a group of people," Maksymets said.
 
Suspicion was announced in absentia to another person who directly struck a deputy at the face, but disappeared from the scene of the incident and was not detained.
 
"Today, the prosecutor's office also agreed on the notification of suspicion to the fourth participant of this conflict, who directly struck the people's deputy, but disappeared from the scene. His actions are qualified by two articles of the Criminal Code: in addition to Article 296 he was also charged with Article 122, this As previously reported, in the area of Bessarabska Square in Kiev on April 30, a people's deputy Mustafa Nayem was beaten. He himself informed about the incident and stressed that the incident is not connected with his political activities.

After a while it became known that law enforcement officers detained three people.
