At the MSPO 2017 defense industry exhibition in Kielce, Poland, WB Group, in cooperation with the Ukrainian state concern Ukroboronprom, introduced the ZRN-01 Stokrotka missile system. This is reported by defence24.pl.

The presented missile system combines air missiles of caliber 80 mm with a ground launcher equipped with Topaz modern fire control system. The system can serve not only for the destruction of surface targets, but also for drones, helicopters and other low-speed air targets.

Using the Topaz fire control system installed on a vehicle with a radar and GS400 optoelectronic head, the "Stokrotka" can accurately hit targets on the ground at a distance of 6 km. Thanks to the programmed head, the system can fight not only infantry, artillery, lightly armored vehicles, but also drones and helicopters flying at a low altitude within a radius of 4 km.

The whole system, despite its obvious simplicity, offers excellent mobility and firepower at a very affordable price. This decision makes it possible to use the reserves of Soviet launchers and ammunition - after appropriate upgrades - to support their own units.

The launcher and the fire control system can be easily installed on other platforms, including armored vehicles.
