“Having conducted the archaeological excavations in the courtyards of the former KGB and Gestapo torture chamber, two areas of the mass grave were found.
They are the repression victims of the 1940s and 1950s of the ÕÕ century, according to the preliminary assessment.
National Memorial-Museum to the occupational regimes victims “Tyurma na Lonskoho” was established on the site of the former torture chamber that belonged to the USSR State Security Committee (KGB) and Gestapo (Secret State Police).
