Information Resistance asks not to spread rumors about death of Tymchuk

The Information Resistance Group (IRG) asks not to spread speculations on reasons and circumstances of the death of one of the organizers and co-founders of IRG, MP Dmytro Tymchuk as IRG Editor-in-Chief Yury Karin reported on
Facebook“Appealing to domestic and foreign mass media and all those, who were not left emotionless by this tragedy, we ask not to spread speculations of its reasons and circumstances. We think that it is necessary to wait for the official results of the investigation. We ask to treat this request with understanding and respect,” the Information Resistance noted.

The IRG stated that it will continue its activity in favor of Ukraine. “We suffered an irreparable loss but we are not going to stop our activity in favor of Ukraine. Dmytro always was full of new ideas and creative plans. And we will continue the case, which was the sense of his life,” the group stated and assured that they will defend the national interests of Ukraine and implement all intentions connected with Tymchuk.
The colleagues of Tymchuk noted that “exactly thank to the human and professional qualities of Dmytro it was able to gather the like-minded people, who defend Ukraine at the information front since the very beginning of the Russian aggression”.

Police opened a criminal proceeding on the case of death of Ukrainian MP Dmytro Tymchuk under the article “Premeditated murder”. Generally, police consider three lines of inquiry: murder, suicide or negligent handling of weapons.
Dmytro Tymchuk was born on June 27, 1972, in Russian Chita. He worked as a military journalist, lieutenant colonel. He coordinated an “Informational resistance” group, he headed “Centre of military and political research” NGO. He was a member of the Parliament of the 8th convocation, a member of National Front faction.
