The CCTV cameras will be established at Lviv Lyceum named after Vasyl Stus after the cases of bullying as Zaxid.net reported.
The parents of one the students from the sixth-grade state that the classmates beat their son Ilya. Moreover, the administration of the Lyceum and the parents of the classmates biased against their 12-year-old son. The father of a boy has already written the public message to UNICEF Ukraine.
However, the parents of children at the same form state that Ilya beats his classmates in fact. According to the director, this conflict lasts for the second year.

According to the parents of Ilya, the classmates bully him because he does not have the smartphone. The parents state that their child was bullied on the social networks; they also have the recording in which the teachers confirm the cases of bullying against Ilya. Moreover, the children wrote the application to the director of the Lyceum on the cases of bullying by teachers.
According to the parents of Ilya, their son suffered abuse and then he started to hit back. The director of the Lyceum states that three case of the appeal to the police due to the beating of the classmates were registered. The cases of bullying repeat almost daily. The parents of the classmates of Ilya reported they are going to boycott the studying.
The Office of Education also tried to control the situation; however, nothing changed.

The parents of the classmates of Ilya asked the administration of Lyceum to install the CCTV cameras in the room, where the majority of the classes are held. It, according to them, is necessary to identify who is guilty in the conflicts between the classmates.
The law on countering bullying at schools and setting fines for violations in Ukraine comes into force on January 19.
As it was reported, Ukraine’s Parliament adopted this document with 228 votes of the people’s deputies in December 2018. Ukraine’s President Poroshenko signed a law on December 17.
