NAPCfinds violations in Denisovas e-declaration

The National Agency on Corruption Prevention
revealed violations in the e-declarations of Commissionerfor Human Rights of the Ukrainian Parliament Lyudmyla Denisova for 2015-2017, according to the decision of NAPC on the results of the full check of Denisova's declaration.
Denisova Lyudmyla Leontiivna, People's Deputy of Ukraine, for 2015, 2016 and 2017 (signs of law violation identified, provided by Art. 366-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Provision by the subject of declaring deliberately false information in the declaration of the individual, mandated for fulfilling functions of government or local self-government), reads the message.

Furthermore, the NAPCcompleted the full check of the e-declarations towards seven other public officials with the law violation.
In particular, the e-declarations for 2015 and 2016 of Chairman of the State Labor Service of Ukraine Roman Cherneha contained minor violations that do not entail administrative or criminal liability.
It is also reported that the NAPCwould start the verification of e-declarations of Minister of Infrastructure Volodymyr Omelyan for 2015, Chairman of the State Agency of Reserves Vadym Mosiichuk for 2017, Vice-Prime-Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Kistion for 2015 and 2016, and Vice-Prime-Minister Vyacheslav Kyrylenko for 2015 and 2016.

Reportedly, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention revealed violations in the e-declarations of Minister of Defence Stepan Poltorak for 2017.
As it was reported earlier, the NAPC identified violations in e-declarations of Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council for 2015-2017.
The Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council didnt specify the price of his wifes car, Toyota Highlander 2013 in three declarations by explaining that the document for the car was lost.
