Special Representative of South Korea to go to DPRK to prepare summit of two leaders

The Authorized Representative of South Korea is going to DPRK the next week to prepare the third Summit of the leaders of two countries. Voice of America reports this with a reference to the Presidential Administration of South Korea. 
A Special Envoy, the name of who is not revealed yet, will arrive in Pyongyang on Wednesday, September 5. According to the Administration, he will discuss a wide range of issues including the accurate date of the summit, the development of the relations between North and South, the nuclear disarmament on the Korean peninsula and the establishment of peace in the region. 

Last time, the leaders of South Korea and DPRK, Moon Jae-in and Kim Jong-un held negotiations in the demilitarized zone in Panmunjom village in April of 2018. During the meeting, they agreed that Moon would visit Pyongyang later in the year. 
Mass media also reports with a reference to Yonhap agency that on August 31, the authorities of North Korea have officially confirmed the agreement to have the Special Envoy.
