The U.S. is concerned about the possible interference in the interim election not only by Russia but also by China, North Korea and Iran. John Bolton, the National Security Advisor of Donald Trump claimed this as ABC News reported.
“Talking about Iran’s interference and North Korea’s interference then we assu,e the steps to prevent it. In reality, it is applied to all countries.

He also answered about the concerns of Chinese interference.
“I will not get into what I have seen but I will tell you that if the issue is about 2018 election, then exactly these four countries are the matter of the biggest concern,” he said.
John Bolton also stood for the reciprocal cyber-attacks, in the case of the interference of other countries into the U.S. election.

As we reported Republican Thomas Garrett claimed that Russia's interference in US policy could have led to an aggravation of the situation during the protest in Charlottesville last year.
Also, US Senate Permanent Special Committee on Intelligence offered Julian Assange, WikiLeaks founder, to testify in the case of Russia’s possible interference in the US 2016 presidential elections.
