Putin passes Trump list of offers on disarmament, - Politico

Voice of America
The Russian President Vladimir Putin passed the US President Trump a note with proposals on reciprocal disarmament at the meeting, as Politico reported referring to the document Putin handed over to Trump.
“A page of proposed topics for negotiation, not previously made public, offers new insights into the substance of the July 16 dialogue that even Trump's top advisers have said they were not privy to at the time. Putin shared the contents of the document with Trump during their two-hour conversation, according to a U.S. government adviser who provided an English-language translation,” the news agency says.
Politico notes that the Russian side was the source of the leak.

“The White House declined to comment on the document Tuesday, aside from denying that Trump had received any actual paperwork,” Politico reads.
The document says that Putin offered Trump to prolong the agreement on Strategic offensive arms for five years. The agreement limits the amount of nuclear arsenal.

Moreover, Putin offered Trump to make a new deal on restrictions of the deployment of weapons in space. The Russian side also supports the creation of consulting schemes with the participation of the Defence Ministers and Foreign Ministers of both states.
Reportedly, American President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin met in Helsinki and have been talking one-on-one for more than one hour.
The meeting was criticized by mass media and politics. They called Trump ‘Putin’s poodle’ and ‘traitor’, and the meeting as a whole was a "shame."

Later it was reported that Trump postponed the next appointment with the Russian President to 2019.
