Ukraines Sports Minister urges colleagues over world to boycott 2018 World Cup in Russia

Ihor Zhdanov, the Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine filed the letters to all ministers responsible for thesport of 35 countries participating in the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. He urged them to ignore it as
