Kolchenko looks 'very thin, pale, weak', - lawyer

Ukrainian political prisoner Oleksandr Kolchenko who has stopped the hunger strike today looks very thinner, pale and weak. Andry Lepyokhin, the advocate of Kolchenko claimed this as 112 Ukraine broadcasted.
According to Lepyokhin, Kolchenko lost about 10 kilograms during the hunger strike and fainted today.
'I saw him (Kolchenko – 112.international) today during the visit to the colony. Of course, Oleksandr looks really thinner, pale and weak. He lost about 10 kilograms during the recent time. The blood sugar got low. He fainted today and made such decision', Lepyokhin said.

'He claimed that he is really weak and worries about health. He concerns that he will be obliged to witness during the long period of time so he will need to be healthy', the advocate said.
As we reported Ukrainian political prisoner Oleksandr Kolchenko convicted in Russia to 10 years of imprisonment announced that he gives up the hunger strike begun a week ago.

Kolchenko began his starvation campaign on May 31; Sentsov began the hunger strike on May 14, demanding to release all Ukrainian political prisoners.
As it is known, Ukrainian movie director Oleg Sentsov and Crimean activist Oleksandr Kolchenko were detained by the Russian FSB in the annexed Crimea. Both were taken to Russia. Sentsov was charged with preparing a terrorist act in Crimea and sentenced to 20 years in the high-security penal colony. Kolchenko was sentenced to ten-years-long imprisonment.
