I will keep on starving as long as I'm healthy enough, - Kolchenko

Oleksandr Kolchenko, Ukrainian political prisoner is now at a medical unit in the Russian penal colony; he claimed that he would continue his hunger strike as long as he's 'healthy enough', capable of doing that. Mykola Shchur, Russian human rights activist posted that on Facebook.
'He is at a medical box now; the conditions are fine, we've been there many times. They bring him food regularly, but he refuses all the time. Then, a doctor checks his blood pressure, the pulse and the sugar level. He drinks water', Shchur wrote.
He added that Kolchenko's demands remain the same - the Kremlin should release his compatriot Oleg Sentsov.

Oleksandr Kolchenko began his starvation campaign on May 31; Sentsov began the hunger strike on May 14, demanding to release all Ukrainian political prisoners.
As it is known, Ukrainian movie director Oleg Sentsov and Crimean activist Oleksandr Kolchenko were detained by the Russian FSB in the annexed Crimea. Both were taken to Russia. Sentsov was charged with preparing a terrorist act in Crimea and sentenced to 20 years in the high-security penal colony. Kolchenko was sentenced to ten-years-long imprisonment.
