The protesters already removed the part of the tents pitched in Mariinsky Park in Kyiv; it is also planned to remove another part of the tents within the next few days as Ukrinform reported.
Particularly, the protesters moved the fence that fended the tents in the park farther from the Vatutin’s monument and closer to the Verkhovna Rada.

According to Ehor Sobolev, the MP, who is one of the organizers of the protest near the Ukrainian parliament, it was planned to remove 10 tents yesterday. Part of them was rolled up but it was impossible to remove some of them as they froze.
‘It is planned that the tents will be rolled up within the next three-four days, depending on the weather, but we will not remove all tents from the Mariinsky Park. We will keep the tents that stay on the line of the Constitutional Square and over the fence’, Sobolev noted.

According to him, the tents situated at the traffic way of the Hrushevska Street will be removed ‘as soon as the law on Anti-corruption court adopted’.
As we reported earlier the mentioned law was adopted in the first reading on March 1.

The traffic way of the Hrushevska Street in front of the Mariinsky Park is blocked for a long time by the protesters who support Mikheil Saakashvili. The tents are pitched right on the road. The partakers of the campaign claimed the intention of the police to disperse the ‘tent town’ for many times, however, the police regularly belied this information.
