Ukraineís PG Lutsenko gives to MPs Rozenblatt, Polyakov notices of suspicion on corruptionUkraineís Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko personally handed notices of suspicion over to Boryslav Rozenblatt and Maksym Polyakov.

This is reported by 112 UA TV Channel.

The two MPs most recently stripped of the parliamentary immunity for corrupt actions. Both are suspects in the illegal amber production in Ukraine.

According to Lutsenko who left the parliamentís session hall after Thursday session, he explained the MPs their rights and told them they will be summoned to testify before the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutorís Office and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau.

The Prosecutor General added that currently, the MPs cannot be put behind the bars since the Parliament did not vote for such option.

Last month, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau detained Rozenblattís bodyguard on suspicion of getting a 200,000-dollar bribe, which, according to him, was meant for his boss. Both Rozenblatt and Polyakov deny their involvement in the incident, saying that was a provocation.

Recently, the Parliamentís regulatory committee considered options to strip the two MPs of their immunity, to detain and arrest them. Since the committee approved all three options concerning Rozenblatt, he may be detained and arrested.
