Turkish President is "enemy of press freedom", Reporters Without BordersReporters Without Borders have said the Turkish authorities have detained at least 200 journalists and closed over 120 media outlets since the coup attempt, DW.

The organization said in a report published on Wednesday, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan likes the media to be "submissive and docile and sing his praises."

Reporters Without Borders unveiled the document listing 35 leaders and organizations deemed "enemies of press freedom," as ranked by the group, which is also known by its French acronym RSF.

RSF published the list on November 2, the International Day to End Impunity for Crimes Against Journalists.

Earlier, UNESCO released a shocking figure of 700 journalists died over past decade.
