Ukraine's Parliament adopted law to ban anti-Ukrainian books
Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada adopted the draft law ¹5114, which limits access of foreign printed literature, including Russian, of anti-Ukrainian content to the country.
Two hundred fifty MPs voted for the relevant document.
It is noted that the bill will prohibit publications promoting communism and appeals to violate territorial integrity.
Earlier a bill to ban the import of books from Russia and Crimea of anti-Ukrainian content was adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has banned broadcasting movies produced in Russia that were made or first aired after January 1, 2014.
