Trump isn't convinced Russia is guilty for MH17 downing

Trump isn't convinced Russia is guilty for MH17 downingUS presidential candidate Donald Trump doesn't believe there is enough evidence proving pro-Russian militias' guilt for MH17 downing over Ukraine in 2014.

Trump bolsters the Russian line despite US intelligence community believes "with confidence" that pro-Russian separatists shot it down.

Interviewed on MSNBC Live, Trump said: "That's a horrible thing that happened.

"It's disgusting and disgraceful but Putin and Russia say they didn't do it, the other side said they did, no one really knows who did it, probably Putin knows who did it. Possibly it was Russia but they are totally denying it," he added.

Republican candidate later conceded it "probably was Russia", but said he had no interest in involving America in the Ukrainian situation.

Trump said: "It's a long ways away. We have to get back to making America great again."

"It's terrible, but we really probably won't know for sure. And you'll probably never find out. There are only a few people that know. And you know one of them could be Putin, frankly, and we know one thing: He's not going to be talking about it," he noted.
