Ukrainian filmmaker Oleh Sentsov was arrested in Crimea in 2014. He was charged with 'organization of terrorist acts' on the peninsula. The court sentenced him to 20 years in a high-security penal colony in Russia.

The Russian official also commented on yesterday’s prisoners exchange between Ukraine and Russia. ‘In this case, it is absolutely humanitarian exchange, and it has nothing to do with implementation of Minsk agreements. I’d rather not point at any sort of connection with the Minsk deal, because this document – even if read carelessly – concerns entirely different category of citizens’, Dmitriy Peskov said.
