Russian-backed militants building up in Yasynuvata for new attacks
The Russian-backed militants have massed up to 3,000 personnel in the town of Yasynuvata allegedly for new attacks on the areas near the town of Avdiyivka, the Ukrainian TSN news service reported.
It reports that the militants' target is the industrial area near Avdiyivka. The combat activity was on the rise near Avdiyivka at night as the enemy was firing artillery systems on the area. The militants are most likely to be preparing for new attacks.
Reports on the Ukrainian army's casualties are not precise – from 13 to 17 Ukrainian soldiers were reported to have been wounded in the past two days of the fighting. Two soldiers were in a critical condition.

Prior to that, the Ukrainian armed forces seized two militant trucks, which had been left on the battlefield.
The combined Russian-separatist forces have been massing in the industrial area near Avdiyivka lately for an attempt to retake the Ukrainian-controlled section of Horlivka-Donetsk highway.
